delivery

every project is unique, and specifc to our partners’ needs. all work will be delivered as specified an each statement of work

refunds and returns

delivered work is not refundable. if you are not satisfied with the work, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

cancellation

projects may be cancelled at no charge within 24 hours of signed agreement. after 24 hours, all cancelled projects are subject to a 50% cancellation fee unless notied otherwise.
